01
Where we started
Brynne Kennedy started MoveGuides to help companies manage the logistics of moving talent around the world. Having just closed a $48 million Series C equity round, MoveGuides had the growth capital to stand out in an increasingly competitive business environment.
02
What we did
MoveGuides engaged West to strategically position the company for the next phase of growth. West redefined MoveGuides’ value proposition and audience, and created a new business strategy and brand platform. We changed the company’s name to Topia, and delivered a visual and verbal identity and a technical road map. The result: a platform for managing global workforces designed around the needs and expectations of the modern employee.

West was an amazing partner in shaping our emerging global mobility management category and defining a new identity for the company. Their quick grasp of the domain, collaborative and iterative approach, and uniquely creative thinking resulted in a great work product. I consider the West team an invaluable part of our company and our future.

Where they are now
Topia now serves 50 percent of a global company’s workforce and works with a range of well-known companies; from investment banks and technology companies to healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Their success has allowed Topia to make two strategic acquisitions, one of which was larger than the company itself.
